Polson’s proprietor, Bill Rebecca, is a Masters Graduate in Human Resource Development from the Robert Gordon University and a Teaching Graduate (with 1st class merits) in Further Education from Aberdeen University.

His qualifications also include a range of Technological, Organisational Management, and Social Sciences awards from the Open University along with qualifications and experience in Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Coaching, Customer Care, Distance Learning Support and Equal Opportunities.
